James Flynn | Attorney

Founder and Owner

Director of Personal Injury (PI) Litigation

Attorney James Flynn graduated from Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English. He then went on to complete his Juris Doctorate from John Marshall Law School.

Prior to founding The Flynn Law Firm, P.A., Attorney Flynn practiced in the areas of plaintiff subrogation, product liability, and construction defects at a nationally recognized law firm based in Tampa. He also served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Office of the State Attorney in Pinellas County before entering civil practice.

James Flynn is the founding attorney of The Flynn Law Firm, P.A., and now practices litigation of civil matters. He is also the former President of the Fred G. Minnis Bar Association, the former President and Vice President of the Pinellas County Trial Lawyers Association, and the former General Counsel of the Pinellas County Urban League.

James and his wife, Danielle, have been married for over nine years, and have one daughter, Peyton.

Randolph Giddings | Attorney

Director of Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation

Attorney Randolph “Randy” Giddings has 16 years of significant legal experience in the areas of family law, criminal law, administrative law, contract disputes, contract negotiations, and environmental law.  At The Flynn Law Firm, P.A., Randy primarily handles PIP (personal injury protection) claims and litigation for medical providers.

Randy is a member of the Trial Lawyers section of The Florida Bar and the Capital City Justice Association of Tallahassee, as well as a member of the Family Law section of The Florida Bar, the Tallahassee Barristers, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.

He has a longstanding history of providing voluntary legal services, including participating as a voluntary legal counsel to single fathers for the Fatherhood Initiative and serving as a voluntary member of the City of Tallahassee’s Environmental Code Enforcement Board.

Randy was born in North Hampton, Massachusetts, and later came to Florida. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cleveland State University and received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. He graduated from Mercer University School of Law in Macon, Georgia, and has been admitted to The Florida Bar and The Georgia Bar.

Randy is admitted to practice in all State Courts in Florida and Georgia, and has represented clients throughout North Florida and South Georgia, as well as being admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

Danielle Flynn | Director of Operations           Danielle

Danielle was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and grew up in southeast Georgia.  Danielle attended Georgia Southern University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary English Education.  After teaching high school for a few years in Georgia, Danielle went on to obtain her Master’s Degree from Cambridge College and later her Education Specialist’s Degree from The University of Alabama in Counselor Education.  Danielle worked in education as a teacher in St. Petersburg, and later as a middle school counselor in Clearwater, before transitioning to the legal field with the inception of The Flynn Law Firm, P.A. with her husband, Attorney James Flynn.

Aside from her work at the firm, Danielle is committed to guiding her family’s dedication to community outreach and service through the firm’s various charitable programs and foundation.  Aside from Danielle’s charitable service and commitments, she enjoys being a first-time mother to her daughter, traveling, water activities and sports, gourmet cooking, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Terry R. Long | Senior Case Manager

Terry LongPersonal Injury (PI) Division

Terry was born in Clearwater, FL, and has lived in Pinellas County for most of his life. He graduated from Seminole High School in 2002 and then attended the University of Central Florida. Terry went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice, with a minor in Legal Studies. After working as a security officer in various communities throughout Orlando, Tampa, and St. Petersburg, he began a career in the personal injury field in 2009.


Yanira Olmeda | Paralegal

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Division

Yanira was born in Brooklyn, NY, and graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology.  Yanira is fluent in speaking and writing in the Spanish Language.  Yanira has lived in the South Tampa area for over 30 years.  Yanira began her legal career in 2006, and has since worked in the areas of employment law and personal injury.

Yanira has over four years of legal experience in personal injury.  Her hobbies include spending time with family and friends, and she also enjoys the beach, biking, and horseback riding.

KellyKelly Brown |  Legal Assistant

Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Division

Kelly is a Florida native who moved to the Tampa Bay Area in 2009 and received her Associate of Arts Degree with a concentration in Paralegal Studies from St. Petersburg College. She has been a paralegal since 2011, specializing in Consumer Bankruptcy and Foreclosure, as well as obtaining additional experience in Plaintiff’s Personal Injury.

Tammara Anderson | Transportation Specialist

Tammara is a Florida native, having been born and raised in St. Petersburg.  After graduating from St. Petersburg High School, Tammara went on to serve in the Army, and received an Honorable Discharge in 2001. Tammara is presently attending St. Petersburg College, seeking an A.S. Degree in the Paralegal Studies, with plans to further her education by obtaining a bachelor’s degree from SPC. Tammara is a Cerified Florida Notary, and holds various titles and positions with different organizations throughout the county.

Tammara enjoys spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.  She loves to cook and sing, and is very active in her church, where she sings in the choir.
